Pie crust does not a puff pastry make.

Believe me, it just kinda burns like a pita. Not good for a tart.

In other news... back to school tomorrow! w00t. The only downside, a flight at 8:00 AM, which means I'll have to leave my house at a ridiculous time in the morning for the wonderful Hartsfield-Jackson Airport. Yay Homeland Security!!!
