Something to cross off my life goals
I am so incredibly happy right now, I've just seen the most amazing performance EVAR!
Earlier today, my suitemate invited me to go try and get rush tickets for Rent, since the original Mark and Roger (Anthony Rapp and Adam Pascal :DDD) were in it. So she and I, along with 2 other friends got to the theater on time and put our names down for the lottery. The guy started calling names out, and 11 or 12 names down the list, he called my suitemate's name. We all jumped about histerically and waited in anticipation for another 2 tickets. Best of luck, another friend was called for 2 more tickets, and we were set.
But get this, as we were walking away, the guy calls out my name! I never win anything, so this was amazing. I ran back and yelled that I didn't need them and the entire crowd cheered.
God, I love living in New York.
